  • Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days unless noted otherwise.
  • Delivery times vary upon which method of delivery you select at checkout.
  • You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been received and scanned by the carrier.   

International Shipping

  • At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned!


Your customer experience is important to us!  Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any of your products are incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at support@afterglowcompany.com. 

  • Can I cancel my order? All orders are quickly processed and unfortunately we can’t accept cancellations.


  • Can I make any changes to my order? As a small business working to fulfill all orders speedily, we are unable to make any changes once your order is placed. Please ensure you are entering the correct shipping address if you are using autofill. 


  • Can I exchange or return my order? At the moment, we don't accept returns. The 2-in-1 Self-Care Planner & Journal will make a great gift! We value quality and inspect our products before shipping but nobody is perfect. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@afterglowcompany.com within 7 days and include, your name, order number, brief description and a photo of the damage. We will work to resolve this issue immediately and happily send you a replacement. Please note, that we are unable to replace your item if it has been used.


  • What happens if my order is missing? Afterglow Company is not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen items. The carrier becomes responsible for your order as soon as it leaves our facility. You may handle your claim directly with the carriers listed below.
